Aiverse respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

In accordance with applicable law (including the Indian Copyright Act and, where relevant, the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement reported to us.

Submit a copyright complaint

If you believe that any material on aiverse.design infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information to our designated agent:

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • The exact URL or a description of each place where the alleged infringing material is located;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • Your electronic or physical signature (or that of a person authorised to act on your behalf); and
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid notice we will take whatever action we deem appropriate, which may include removing the reported content.
