These Platform Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of https://aiverse.design (the “Website”) and any related Aiverse software, applications, application programming interfaces (“APIs”), Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) integrations, and supporting services (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by Designrow Labs Private Limited and its subsidiaries, representatives and affiliates (collectively, “Aiverse”, “we”, “us” or “our”) (the “Services”), regardless of whether you are a paid user or a non-paying visitor. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to herein, form an Agreement between Aiverse and the user (referred to as “Customer” or “you”).

1. About Us and our Services
We are Designrow Labs Private Limited, a company registered in India, trading as Aiverse. Our registered office is at E-51, Ardee City, Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Aiverse is a curated library of AI UX interactions, design patterns, real-product examples, videos, cheatsheets, case studies, and related resources that helps designers and product teams find relevant AI design inspiration and references. The Services include the Platform, curated content, collections, MCP access (with associated credits), and optional add-on design services such as AI UX audits, team workshops, and AI enablement tool building.
2. Acceptance
By accessing and/or using the Platform you:
- warrant that you have reviewed this Agreement and our Privacy Policy and understand them;
- warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us (or, if under 18, that your parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf); and
- agree to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
You must not create an account unless you are at least 13 years of age. If you are a parent or legal guardian permitting a person who is at least 13 but under 18 to create an account, you agree to supervise their use, assume all risks and liabilities, and provide the required consents on their behalf.
3. Limitations of Use
By using the Platform you warrant that you will not:
- modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials or software on the Platform;
- introduce viruses, malware, or any code intended to interfere with the Platform;
- bypass rate-limiting, authentication, or security measures;
- remove copyright or proprietary notices;
- transfer, aggregate, mirror, cache, archive, re-host, scrape, crawl, or bulk-download any materials or content without our prior written consent;
- use the Platform in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks or services;
- transmit harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material;
- use the Platform in violation of any applicable laws;
- harvest user data without consent;
- sell, license, or commercially exploit access to the content;
- use automated tools (including AI or machine learning) to create derivative works of the materials or to train, test, index, benchmark, or improve any generative AI, large language, or machine-learning model using content from the Platform without our express written permission;
- or create, store, or distribute any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited.
Search engines, crawlers, and similar tools may access the Platform only if they use a descriptive user agent, follow robots.txt, do not adversely affect the Platform, and make contact information available.
4. Accounts and Subscriptions
4.1 Your Account
You must provide truthful and accurate information. Safeguard your password. Account sharing (one account used by multiple individuals) is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
4.2 Membership Plans
Aiverse offers Free, Individual, and Teams plans. Team plans work on a seat basis. Details of features are available on the Website. Add-on design services (AI UX audits, workshops, AI enablement tool building) may be purchased separately and are subject to additional statements of work or order forms.
4.3 MCP / AI Credits
Access to MCP and certain API features is governed by a credit system. Individual / Pro plans include 3,000 credits (or such other amount as stated on the Website). Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value, and expire according to the applicable plan terms.
5. Payment Terms
When you purchase a plan or add-on service you authorise us or our third-party payment processor (currently Lemon Squeezy, a Stripe product) to charge you. You represent that you have the right to use the payment method provided.
6. Recurring Payments
Plans involve recurring fees. By purchasing you accept responsibility for all recurring obligations until cancellation. We will automatically charge the payment method on the renewal date.
7. Taxes
Fees do not include applicable taxes (including GST). You are responsible for paying all such taxes.
8. Refund Policy
If you change your mind, email us at help@aiverse.design. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Unless required by law or at our sole discretion, refunds are not guaranteed, especially after significant use of the Services or after the start of any custom design engagement.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining period unless we agree otherwise or law requires it.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 Aiverse's Rights
The intellectual property in the Platform, software, curated materials, patterns, and Services is owned by or licensed to Designrow Labs Private Limited / Aiverse and is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other IP laws. All derivative works produced with the use of the Services belong to Aiverse unless otherwise agreed in writing for custom design work.
10.2 Your Rights
We grant paid Individual and Teams subscribers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and download materials for personal or internal business design-reference purposes only. This is a license, not a transfer of title. You may not recreate or replicate the Platform or commercially redistribute the materials.
10.3 Third-Party Intellectual Property
The Platform contains screenshots, video recordings, metadata, and other materials relating to third-party products and interfaces. These materials remain the property of their respective owners. Aiverse does not claim ownership of the underlying product designs. Citations and limited use for design reference are permitted only under applicable fair-use / fair-dealing provisions. IP owners may request removal by contacting help@aiverse.design.
10.4 Fair Use / Fair Dealing
You may use materials as permitted under the fair-dealing provisions of Indian copyright law and equivalent international provisions. You bear sole responsibility for any use outside the Platform.
10.5 User Content
Users may create personal collections of existing Aiverse content. You do not upload original design content to the Platform. As between you and Aiverse, you retain ownership of any notes or personal organisation you create within collections. By creating an account and collections you grant us a limited license to host and display them within the Platform in accordance with your privacy settings and our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of Liability
The Platform and all materials are provided “as is” for reference and learning purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiverse disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Designrow Labs Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, as well as third-party IP holders of the Materials, from and against all claims, damages, costs, and liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, any infringement claims resulting from your use of the materials, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Accuracy of Materials
Materials (including any AI-generated insights or outputs) are for general reference only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Aiverse does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or results of use of any materials.
14. External Links
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Modifications of Terms
We may amend these Terms at our discretion. We will post the updated Terms on the Website and, for material changes, provide notice (including by email where appropriate). Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
16. Modifications to the Platform
We may modify, adapt, or discontinue features, content, or the Platform at any time without prior notice and without liability.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and deactivate your account at any time.
18. Severance
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana (or such other competent courts in India as applicable).
